About The Position

This position will support analyses through aggregating data, resolving revenue issues, improving processes and developing/distributing recurring reports as needed in order to drive improvements across one or more of the business teams within Revenue Operations.

Requirements

• Utilizing data to identify trends or recommend opportunity areas
• Identifying & evaluating specific claims or patient records relevant for an analysis or report utilizing a combination of business knowledge and tools such as Excel, SQL and Tableau
• Troubleshooting issues or data errors with guidance
• Reviewing of requirements & participating in UAT processes as needed
• Solving of business problems and analytics by executing on outlined approach & utilizing business subject matter expertise (ex. Identifying how a system enhancement can solve a business need)
• Synthesizing analysis takeaways and visualizing with guidance
• Actively participating in all working sessions
• Sending recaps from meetings
• Maintaining up to date documentation for reports, processes and analysis assumptions
• Keeping track of assigned work & balancing multiple priorities in order to complete work timely
• Partnering with stakeholders by clearly responding to questions and keeping them informed of necessary updates
