Business Analyst and Systems Support
About The Position
Caring Pathways is seeking an analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented Business Analyst and Systems Support Specialist to partner directly with the Chief Executive Officer. This contractor role is based in an established environment and focuses on developing ongoing analytics and operational workflows rather than starting from scratch. The role will refine existing processes, clarify organizational metrics, optimize systems and workflows, and turn complex data into actionable leadership reporting. The work supports the operational infrastructure that enables veterinarians and care coordinators to serve families. The candidate must live along the Front Range and participate in monthly in-person strategic meetings at the Berthoud office. Compensation is $30.00–$50.00 per hour, based on experience and productivity.
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar quantitative support role.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, data management, and KPIs.
- Proven ability to assess day-to-day administrative processes and design smoother, automated workflows.
- Strong self-direction and high integrity.
- Ability to explain complex quantitative findings in clear, actionable business terms.
- Must live along the Front Range and participate in monthly in-person strategic meetings at the Berthoud office.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO to develop regular executive reporting, track core organizational KPIs, and evaluate business health.
- Clean, structure, and maintain internal datasets to establish reliable reporting across multiple areas.
- Build, maintain, and refine Tableau dashboards to track operational volume, capacity, client journey metrics, and trends.
- Use Google Analytics to analyze web traffic, evaluate conversion funnels, and identify opportunities to improve client access to care.
- Review administrative and operational workflows to identify bottlenecks, automate manual processes, and recommend modern tool integrations.
