The Business Analyst / Project Manager is responsible for aligning projects and processes with organizational strategy, providing feasibility studies for potential projects, translating business needs into project requirements, defining and articulating project scope, deliverables, and success, overseeing and managing projects, and overseeing the Project Management Information System (PMIS). This role also involves data analysis and business intelligence, including the creation and interpretation of reports and data perspectives, as well as process improvement through the evaluation and standardization of processes and workflows, and the application of lean methodologies.
