About The Position

We are seeking a Business Analyst with a focus on AI & Automation to support our sourcing, supply chain, finance, or analytical initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and end-to-end workstream ownership with minimal supervision. You will leverage tools and systems, including AI & Automation technologies, to enhance efficiency and outputs. Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial modeling is required, with Python being a plus. Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, basic SQL or data querying, and automation tools (macros, scripting, workflow tools) is also expected. A key aspect of this role will be utilizing AI-enabled tools for analysis, reporting, or workflow improvement, and identifying opportunities to implement small-scale automation solutions.

Requirements

• Experience supporting sourcing, supply chain, finance, or analytical initiatives.
• Strong experience working with data, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience owning workstreams end-to-end with limited supervision.
• Experience using tools and systems to improve efficiency and outputs, including AI & Automation tools.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling.
• Data visualization tools (Power BI, etc.).
• Basic SQL or data querying preferred.
• Experience with automation tools (macros, scripting, or workflow tools).
• Experience using AI-enabled tools for analysis, reporting, or workflow improvement.
• Ability to identify and implement small-scale automation solutions.
