Business Analyst

OKX, a leading cryptocurrency spot and derivatives exchange, is seeking a data-driven Market Performance Analyst to collaborate with other business units and synthesize trends from a variety of data sources to improve market performance. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in the crypto industry, be highly curious, and possess good presentation and communication skills. A bachelor's degree in STEM or business administration is preferred, as well as fluency in English and Chinese.

• Work closely with other business units to understand their priorities and collaborate with them on actions to improve market performance.
• Cross-functional collaboration across different teams and geographies, handling cross-department issues.
• Analyse raw data, evaluate and synthesize trends from a variety of data sources, deploy market research studies to track market share, brand awareness and so on, translate data into insights, output business analysis reports to achieve higher market impact.
• Full responsibility for the organization of department meetings, including agenda, documenting decisions, writing and circulating minutes, follow-up system. (written both in Chinese & English).

• Data-driven, with high sensitivity to data and ability to analyze it for business optimization
• Proficient in using Excel and basic knowledge of SQL
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Basic knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry and ability to output research reports independently
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in STEM, business administration, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing/paid ads preferred
• Good collaborative awareness and communication skills, target-oriented, self-learning, and self-driven
• Strong interest in the crypto industry, technology, and innovation topics
• Super strong learning ability, high curiosity, and data-driven
• Good at presentation and cross-department communication
• Bilingual (Chinese and English)
