This is a full-time Business Analyst/Change Management Analyst role supporting the FAS DDI project and other ongoing DDI projects. The primary responsibilities include processing and tracking deliverables, managing requests for changes to the MES System, and ensuring timely processing of design documents. The role involves pushing deliverables to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Project Managers (PMs) for next steps. This is not an administrative role. The position supports Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) projects within the Change Management Office, including processing MES O&M requests/deliverables. The analyst will collaborate with Information Management, PMO teams, DMAS SMEs, and MES vendors. A strong understanding of IT terminology such as design docs, test plans, and work plans is essential. The role requires working directly with vendors of the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) and ensuring smooth transitions and awareness of releases prior to deployment. The analyst will also complete change management requirements, apply a structured methodology, lead change management activities, and develop strong stakeholder relationships. Serving as a key central IT point of contact for the Change Management team and acting as a program librarian for documentation are also key functions. The position participates in all stages of the Project(s) Systems Development Life cycle.
