About The Position

The Business Analyst 3 provides advanced support for assigned business process and/or system within a business unit. This role involves maintaining, monitoring, and updating assigned business processes and systems, researching complex problems, and acting independently to resolve them. The analyst will analyze existing business processes and systems to determine technical or procedural improvements and implement changes. They will also develop and provide documentation for users and for training purposes, as well as develop operational procedures for supported products, services, and systems. Additionally, the role includes designing processes to meet regulatory requirements, developing and generating specialized and ad hoc reports, and analyzing reports to make recommendations for improvements. The Business Analyst 3 will provide technical support to the business unit, customers, management, and other users, and act as a liaison between software vendors and process/system users or between users and other corporate areas. This position may serve as a lead analyst in training or projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5+ years of business analysis
