About The Position

The Business Analyst will partner with business and operations leadership, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to provide reporting and data-driven insights that support business performance and informed decision-making. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable working in an evolving environment, and able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Requirements

Data formatting, validation, and preparation
Working efficiently with large and complex datasets
Advanced formulas and functions
Creating and modifying macros, including working with variables and loops
Organizing and analyzing data to support reporting and business decision-making

Responsibilities

Creating, maintaining, and improving financial and performance reports and dashboards
Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities
Working with large volumes of data from multiple sources
Organizing and interpreting data to provide actionable business intelligence
Translating complex data and findings into clear, concise insights for stakeholders
Applying critical thinking to identify gaps or inconsistencies in data and processes
Managing data loads and recurring reporting processes
Performing data audits, validation, reconciliation, and corrections
Identifying and investigating data quality issues
Maintaining accuracy and consistency across reports and data sources
Identifying opportunities to improve, standardize, and automate reporting processes
Partnering with leadership, subject matter experts, and users to understand business requirements
Managing multiple stakeholder needs, priorities, and expectations
Translating business needs into reporting, analytical, and tool requirements
Communicating complex information succinctly and clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Working independently while collaborating effectively across teams
