Requirements

• One year as a Business Analyst 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
• One year as an Information Technology Trainee (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
• Five years of business process analysis experience
• One year of business process analysis experience and a bachelor’s degree
• An equivalent combination of experience and training
• Meet the PA residency requirement
• Able to perform essential job functions

Responsibilities

• Evaluate program workflows, data needs, and IT solutions to improve performance
• Monitor daily system activity, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with service agreements
• Maintain requirements, review regulations, and update system documentation for clarity and accuracy
• Conduct software testing, document results, and assist in resolving defects with IT vendors
• Analyze security roles, operating procedures, and system processes to recommend improvements
• Support IT projects by reviewing plans, tracking progress, and preparing change requests and reports
