About The Position
Seeking a Business Analysis Specialist to support delivery of strategic initiatives across Futures Clearing and Global Fixed Income (GFI) product portfolios. The role will drive requirements, stakeholder alignment, and solution design for complex, front-to-back initiatives spanning trading, risk, and technology.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of business analysis experience in Capital Markets
- Strong knowledge of Futures, Fixed Income, or derivatives products
- Understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle, valuation, and risk
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with experience supporting senior stakeholders
- Experience with front-to-back trade lifecycle and delivery frameworks (Agile/Hybrid)
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with systems such as ION-XTP, Calypso, Murex, or equivalent is an asset
- Experience with Agile / hybrid delivery models preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis for initiatives including new product enablement, model enhancements, and regulatory programs
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and functional specifications
- Partner with trading desks, risk, finance, and technology teams to drive alignment
- Support impact assessments, planning-phase analysis, and estimation activities
- Produce high-quality artifacts (BRDs, process flows, executive summaries)
- Support UAT, governance, and delivery execution
