Develop and refine financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives and long-term planning. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA/CFA) preferred. 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business analysis. Strong proficiency in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with financial planning systems (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle). Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and operational metrics. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Excellent business partnering and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and present complex financial insights clearly. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
