In this role you will collaborate closely with data modeling and frontline field teams, driving compensation goals focused on growing our base the right way. You will also maintain account ownership for the teams you support, ensuring the right seller receives attribution for orders processed. Success is measured by the accuracy and impact of insights that enable field teams to focus on customer connections and delivering market share to T-Mobile. Our work influences organizational strategies and provides a unique perspective into the day-to-day realities of our field sellers and the challenges they face.
