As a Business Analysis Advisor, you will be within the Retail Bank Operations organization, supporting the Bank Operations Business Information Management team. You will be based in either Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. As a Business Analysis Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting reconciliation of various payment products within Bank Operations. Preferred skills include organization and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet daily deadlines for multiple projects. This is a collaborative role with various internal and external service partners, with a focus on business requirement accuracy and completeness. The ideal candidate will be able to: Demonstrate strong attention to detail, work effectively with minimal supervision, and lead meetings, discussions, and working sessions. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and translate abstract concepts into actionable processes and solutions. Leverage experience working with General Ledger (GL) processes, preferred but not required. Utilize Agile methodologies and practices, preferred but not required. Employ Microsoft Excel skills to support analysis and reporting, preferred but not required. Exhibit strong risk awareness.
