- Understanding of union agreements and usage rights (for mid-level roles)
Responsibilities
- Manage the contracts, rights, talent agreements, licensing, and legal negotiations that sit behind every campaign.
- Ensure the creative vision is airtight from a business and legal standpoint.
- Know the fine print and move at the speed of a creative agency.
- Negotiate complex talent and music deals.
- Understand union agreements and usage rights.
