M365 Core executive office is hiring a Business Administrator to work on and help with various projects, teams support and support various leaders. The ideal candidate should be able to execute various jobs within the admin team, Business Ops team and other areas within M365 Core. Requirements

  • High School Diploma, General Educational Development (GED), or equivalent AND 6 months Administrative, Business Support, and/or customer service experience.
  • Ability to work in the office a minimum of 3 days a week. Some weeks may require 5 days in office.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year(s) administrative, business support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and basic administration work.
  • Associate's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) OR equivalent experience.
  • Familiar with Microsoft tools, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and OneNoteProven track record of accountability, reliability, and confidentiality.
  • A great attitude and positive approach to people and tasks.
  • Self-start with the ability to work independently and solve problems.
  • Ability to make timely decisions, prioritize, and exercise sound judgment with appropriate urgency in situations that require a quick response.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management and meeting logistics. You may support calendar management for community space, as back up to Lead EA’s on M365 Core team and eventual for a leader. You will prepare meeting setting, including booking the rooms, troubleshooting virtual settings, and ordering, setting up and taking down meeting food.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and communication will be a big part of this job. You will need to collaborate with all levels in M365 Core and build networking within and outside M365 Core. A successful candidate will be able to take direction and prioritize multiple requests from admins, teammates, and managers.
  • This role will be expected to understand all M365 Core organization culture and business admin charter. This role will be expected to participate in the business support community, be engaging in the overall community, and attend network events and training.
  • Provide onboarding support for new employees, vendors, and interns. This includes new hire equipment, adding/creating distribution lists, and security groups.
  • Support team events, including planning, set up, tear down, and order all arrangements. During events it will also be expected that you are engaging not only with the admin team but with the non-admin team members attending the events.
  • Start to finish execution of tasks under projects you will be working on. It will be expected of this role to speak up if they are unsure of their task and ask for help.
  • Have a full understanding of how programs work, even if you do not work on the program. This includes procurement, intern programs, space, and various other programs.
