About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Business Administrator with strong organizational skills, leadership capability, and experience supporting warehouse or operations environments. What You Will Be Doing Oversee daily branch activities, ensuring operations run smoothly and in alignment with budget, policies, and procedures. Lead administrative workflow including new customer account setup, contract review, accounts receivable monitoring, and resolving customer questions. Ensure accurate data entry across company systems. Track product and material movement to customers, verify documentation and investigate open orders. Manage key facility needs such as security, cleaning, vending, and maintenance contracts.

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years' experience in office management or two year college degree in business management preferred
  • Must have strong leadership abilities and be a self-starter with organizational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced working environment
  • Must have the ability to make decisions within the scope of policies, procedures and budget
  • Must be proficient with widely used office software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
