We are seeking a motivated Business Administrator with strong organizational skills, leadership capability, and experience supporting warehouse or operations environments.

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years' experience in office management or two year college degree in business management preferred.
  • This person must have strong leadership abilities and be a self-starter with organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Must have the ability to make decisions within the scope of policies, procedures and budget.
  • Must be proficient with widely used office software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily branch activities, ensuring operations run smoothly and in alignment with budget, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead administrative workflow including new customer account setup, contract review, accounts receivable monitoring, and resolving customer questions.
  • Ensure accurate data entry across company systems.
  • Track product and material movement to customers, verify documentation and investigate open orders.
  • Manage key facility needs such as security, cleaning, vending, and maintenance contracts.
