The Licensing Analyst/Business Admin for the Behavioral Health group delivers essential administrative and evaluative support to ensure the efficient credentialing of Indiana’s Behavioral Health professionals. The purpose of the Licensing Analyst is to provide licensing services to Indiana’s workforce by processing licensure applications in a swift and accurate manner. Acting as a critical link for the State Boards in the Behavioral Health group, this role analyzes complex application data, legal clearances, and multi-state compact regulations to uphold healthcare safety standards across the state. This position will support the Behavioral Health licensure group with the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (PLA), managing a high-volume portfolio licenses to ensure a steady, qualified pipeline of professionals.
