This role provides strategic and operational leadership for the new Einhorn Institute for Early Relational Health, leading financial oversight, business growth, and coordination. This position will serve as the primary administrative leader for the Einhorn Institute, cultivating and strengthening relationships with key internal stakeholders as well as key external partners and clients at local, national and international levels. This role will work collaboratively with the Institute Director to support the development and execution of the strategic vision and operational priorities. The major responsibility will be to provide administrative, budgetary, and financial oversight; determine budgetary framework and future programmatic growth; and support performance monitoring with the strategic goals and overall objectives of the Einhorn Institute. Responsibilities also include assessments involving research projects, including identification and management of grant and contract opportunities and of multicenter studies and translational research activities; budget preparation, revision, and reconciliation process; recruitment and retention of research-related administrative support; operations; process improvement; tracking of timelines; and preparation and submission of reports. This role will provide guidance and input on training and compliance needs and serve as a central resource for all Einhorn Institute faculty, staff, and students.
