This role supports the day-to-day operations of the Katy office, including benefits administration, general HR coordination, and office management. The position also provides administrative support across functions and serves as a key point of contact for employee questions and office-related needs.

  • Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits
  • Support annual open enrollment processes
  • Maintain and update benefits information in HR systems
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires
  • Assist with administration of medical leaves (FMLA/ADA)
  • Office Events & Culture
  • Coordinate office events and team activities
  • Contribute to a positive and organized workplace environment
  • Cross-Functional Support
  • Provide administrative support to Accounting, Marketing, Sales, and other functions
  • Assist with coordination of projects, reporting, and internal communication
  • Support general business operations on an ad hoc basis

Responsibilities

  • Support the leadership team by proactively managing administrative and operational tasks
  • Act as a primary point of contact for office-related questions; resolve issues independently where possible
