About The Position

As a Business Administration Intern, you will support core administrative and order management processes that are critical to business operations. This role offers hands‑on experience in coordination, data management, and cross‑functional collaboration within a corporate environment. This internship requires a full‑time commitment for a duration of 8 months.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or have recently graduated (within the last 12 months) from a degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Available to commit to a full‑time 8‑month internship
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrate a self‑starter mindset and are a quick learner
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook; Access)

Responsibilities

  • Managing customer and internal orders from registration through invoicing, including supply coordination and cost allocation
  • Processing incoming orders through back‑office systems, including receiving activities
  • Ensuring all required information is accurately entered and kept up to date in systems
  • Coordinating invoicing and supporting related administrative activities
  • Supporting the Order Manager and Project Manager with day‑to‑day operational tasks
  • Coordinating and following up with manufacturing plants, affiliates, purchasing teams, and external suppliers regarding delivery dates and shipments
  • Collaborating with Accounts Payable and Credit/Collections teams to ensure documentation is complete and accurate
  • Performing general administrative duties, such as ordering supplies, booking meeting rooms, and managing maintenance services
