About The Position

The Business Administration Intern will support i3 in an area related to the student’s current area of graduate or undergraduate study. The intern will learn skills related to their degree while also supporting departments across the organization with administrative tasks. Work is performed under immediate supervision and provides a real-world application of classroom knowledge.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate level degree program in relevant area at an accredited college/university at the time of the internship (Summer 2026).
Required minimum GPA is 3.0.
0-5 years of relevant experience.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Knowledge of office administration and procedures.
Exceptional judgment capabilities and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and client service skills; ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver feedback clearly and tactfully.
Interact with a diverse array of customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
Work with supervision and have accountability for accurate and complete results.
Be extremely organized and exceptionally detail oriented.
Work well both independently and in a team environment.
Be energized by a fast-paced work environment.
