About The Position

Giraffe Media Group is seeking motivated and highly organized undergraduate students to join our Summer Internship Program as Business Operations & Executive Administration Interns. This selective internship provides hands-on exposure to executive operations and day-to-day business coordination in a fast-paced professional office environment. Interns will work alongside experienced team members while supporting leadership scheduling, meeting logistics, and operational initiatives that help the organization run efficiently. This program is ideal for students interested in business operations, corporate leadership, management, or professional services environments who want to gain meaningful experience and develop professional skills in a collaborative office setting. About the Internship Program • Structured professional development experience designed for motivated undergraduate students • Interns selected based on academic performance, professionalism, and demonstrated initiative • Exposure to real-world business operations and executive coordination • Opportunity to collaborate with a small cohort of selected interns • Hands-on experience observing how professional teams manage priorities, schedules, and operational workflows • High-performing interns may be considered for conversion into a full-time role following the program Program Structure • Work alongside experienced professionals supporting daily office operations • Gain exposure to executive scheduling and meeting coordination • Assist with business logistics and travel coordination • Participate in operational and administrative improvement projects • Develop professional communication and organizational skills

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business, Communications, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Interest in business operations and corporate environments
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist with maintaining leadership calendars and scheduling internal meetings
  • Support coordination of executive meetings, including confirming participants and preparing meeting logistics
  • Assist with travel coordination, including organizing itineraries and documentation
  • Help maintain organized documentation related to meetings, travel, and office operations
  • Support office coordination efforts that ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Assist with greeting visitors and supporting incoming office communications when needed
  • Assist with administrative and operational projects that improve office efficiency
  • Support coordination of internal meetings and team events
  • Provide assistance to leadership and operations teams as requested
  • Complete an operational improvement project focused on office efficiency or administrative coordination
  • Present project insights and recommendations to members of the leadership team
  • Gain exposure to business problem-solving and professional presentation skills
