About The Position

Omni Fiber is expanding rapidly and we're looking for driven Business Account Executives to help bring next-generation fiber internet to businesses in our Mansfield, OH markets. This is an opportunity to own your territory, build your book of business, and earn uncapped commissions while helping local businesses access world-class connectivity.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working toward sales quotas and revenue targets
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • CRM and Microsoft Office experience

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce experience
  • Telecommunications, ISP, or technology sales background

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Sell fiber internet, voice, and TV solutions to commercial customers
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings to identify customer needs
  • Attend community events and business networking opportunities
  • Build and manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce or CRM tools
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver a smooth customer experience from sale to installation
