About The Position

TRICOR, LLC is seeking Business Account Executives and Account Managers to join their team. Account Executives (AE) are expected to thrive under pressure, be personable, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit. Their primary responsibilities include providing front-line expertise in assessing client needs, designing insurance plans, recommending coverages, and handling day-to-day customer service. AEs are client-facing professionals with a strong understanding of various business line products, skilled in partnering with clients to assess needs and offer comprehensive coverage solutions. They may work alongside an agent or manage TRICOR house accounts independently. AEs also participate in a mentorship program, guiding new employees. The ideal AE is self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to uphold TRICOR, LLC's reputation and service standards. Account Managers (AM) are responsible for all aspects of client account servicing, maintenance, and onboarding, utilizing their insurance knowledge and professional communication skills. AMs adhere to department procedures and agency automation systems for organizing client files and collaborate with Account Executives and other sales staff. They are committed to continuous learning, proactively enhancing their understanding of insurance products and services. The ideal AM is an organized self-starter who excels in a customer service role, working directly with clients and the sales team.

Establish & maintain close relationships with clients, insurance carriers/underwriters to maximize effectiveness
Timely and accurate client file documentation
Review & evaluate new and existing accounts
Complete & submit applications

Responsibilities
