About The Position

Willow Valley Communities is looking for a friendly, reliable Part-Time Van/Bus Driver to help transport our Residents and guests throughout our community and the surrounding area. Requirements

• Valid PA CDL Class B license with Passenger (P) endorsement (required)
• Less than a high school education with 3–6 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• A strong commitment to safety, reliability, and excellent customer service

Nice To Haves

• Prior bus driving experience (strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

• Safely operate vans and buses in compliance with state driving laws and CDL regulations
• Drive in a professional, courteous manner that reflects Willow Valley Communities’ values
• Assist passengers in boarding and exiting vehicles, as needed
• Properly secure wheelchairs, including leg and shoulder restraints, following established procedures
• Respond calmly and appropriately to emergencies such as illness, accidents, or fire
• Inspect the vehicle after routes to check for lost items and remove trash
• Refuel vehicles and report maintenance needs to the Transportation Supervisor
