About The Position

This role supports business and technology enablement for enterprise platforms, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce. The individual will drive Salesforce-related business requirements from intake through delivery, partnering closely with Area Product Owners, Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Technology teams to ensure solutions are clearly defined, configured, tested, adopted, and successfully delivered.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in business analysis, product support, or systems analysis
  • Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce implementations, enhancements, reporting, data updates, and ongoing platform operations
  • Demonstrated experience driving Salesforce requirements through technology delivery teams from discovery through production release
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
  • Strong requirements documentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting UAT and production releases
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including objects, fields, page layouts, flows / automation, permissions, reports, dashboards, and integrations

  • Experience supporting enterprise platforms in healthcare, benefits, or regulated industries
  • Experience working with external vendors and system integrators

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary business analyst for Salesforce and related enterprise platforms
  • Own end-to-end requirements management—from business intake through technology delivery
  • Translate business needs into clear Salesforce requirements, user stories, process flows, field / object considerations, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with technical teams to support configuration decisions, workflow automation, integrations, data quality, and platform enhancements
  • Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and the technology team to drive delivery
  • Partner with IT and Product teams during sprint planning, development, and release cycles
  • Coordinate and support UAT activities, defect triage, and validation
  • Support launch and release readiness activities, including stakeholder communications
  • Develop, maintain, and interpret Salesforce reports and dashboards to support operational visibility, pipeline management, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Product, Clinical, Vendors, and Leadership
