The Durango is looking for a Bus Person to join their Steakhouse team. This role is critical for the Durango to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. The Bus Person is empowered to create memorable experiences for our guests by delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry full trays/bus trays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Ability to obtain all necessary work cards.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Bus Person in full service dining room preferred.

Responsibilities

• Working in conjunction with captain and food server to exceed guest standards.
• Ensuring cleanliness of the tables and maintain their overall appearance.
• Responsible for pre-bussing and table maintenance at all times, including but not limited to dinner plates, flatware, beverage glasses, coffee mugs, and dessert dishes.
• Responsible for prompt clear and reset of tables after each guest.
• Inspecting entire floor area, ensure that it is clean and side stations are well-stocked.
