The Bus Person is responsible for assisting Food Servers, maintaining stocked side stations, and ensuring the restaurant remains neat and clean. This role involves observing good sanitation and safety procedures, adhering to the Thoughtful Service Model, and handling service ware with care to control waste and breakage.
