About The Position
The Bus Person is responsible for assisting Food Servers, maintaining stocked side stations, and ensuring the restaurant remains neat and clean. This role involves observing good sanitation and safety procedures, adhering to the Thoughtful Service Model, and handling service ware with care to control waste and breakage. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and duties may change.

- Loading and unloading bus tubs with care.

Responsibilities
- Keep side stations stocked.
- Assist Food Servers as necessary.
- Help control waste and breakage by handling service ware with caution.
- Load and unload bus tubs with care.
- Avoid discarding reusable items.
- Assist in keeping the restaurant neat and clean.
- Wipe down chairs, tables, child seats, and pick up floors around each table bussed.
- Observe good sanitation and safety procedures.
- Adhere to the Thoughtful Service Model at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
