The Role As a Bus Person, you maintain clean and organized dining areas, assist servers during busy service periods, and help ensure guests receive a comfortable and enjoyable experience. You play a key role in keeping operations moving efficiently.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Friendly, helpful, and guest focused attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team oriented
• Able to lift, carry, and move items throughout the shift
• Restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful but not required
• Flexible to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Remove used dishes, glassware, and cutlery from guest tables
• Refill water glasses and assist servers with guest needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room and service stations
• Support servers by delivering items and helping with table maintenance
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas
• Restock linens, glassware, silverware, and supplies
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
