About The Position

The Bus Person is responsible for cleaning and resetting tables, as well as monitoring tables for guest needs in an efficient and courteous manner.

• Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• The employee is frequently required to sit or stand; walk; use hands to finger reach, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
• The employee may also be required to lift, push, and pull up to 30lbs.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
• The employee is subjected to circulation throughout the assigned areas, including the smoking area, actively observing players and functioning of machines.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer Service or Food & Beverage experience is preferred.
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license

Responsibilities

• Ensure tables are set in accordance with company standards.
• Clear all tables, resetting them for new seating.
• Maintains cleanliness of all side stations, responsible for stocking dishes, silverware, paper supplies and any other required items.
• Sweeps or mops as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
