About The Position

Responsible for cleaning and resetting tables, monitoring tables for guest needs in an efficient courteous manner displaying a high standard of guest services. This role also involves assisting Food Servers, maintaining cleanliness of side stations, stocking supplies, answering guest questions, monitoring alcohol consumption, and maintaining professional grooming and appearance. The position aims to create an atmosphere of fun for casino guests and encourages mutual respect, dignity, and integrity among employees.

Requirements

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to perform basic math skills: addition, subtraction, division and multiplication.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
Must have or be able to obtain a Level 4 Gaming License.
For South Bend Location Only: Indiana requires an active employee permit issued by the State of Indiana’s Alcohol and Tobacco Commission (ATC) and a completed Indiana ATC approved server training program.

Responsibilities

Clears all tables, resetting them for new seating, ensuring tables are set in accordance with venue standards and guests achieving a pleasurable dining experience.
Assists Food Servers in serving the guests throughout their meal, observing the guests for any requests for service, clears all dishes from the table after guests are through eating, continually providing them with a clean, neat eating area.
Maintains cleanliness of all side stations, responsible for stocking dishes, silverware, paper supplies and any other required items.
Answers any guest questions and refers them, if necessary, to appropriate management personnel.
Monitors guest alcohol consumption and responds accordingly.
Maintains professional grooming and appearance.
Keeps sight lines neat and organized.
Sweeps or mops as necessary.
Serve ice water as necessary.
Creates an atmosphere of fun for all casino guests.
Encourages mutual respect, dignity and integrity with all employees, by setting positive examples at all times.
