About The Position
Waco Transit System has immediate openings for Fixed Route Bus Operators. This position is responsible for providing fixed route service to the citizens of Waco and surrounding communities in a safe, courteous, and timely manner. Applicants must have a friendly, positive attitude and be willing to provide minimal assistance to passengers when necessary. Salary begins at $18.00 per hour after training is completed and includes two raises within the first year.
Requirements
- Pass a D.O.T. physical/drug screen.
- Pass a background check.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a licensed driver.
- Class B CDL license with Passenger Endorsement.
