About The Position
Mozaic (A Chapter of The Arc NY) is looking for caring, dependable individuals to join our team as Bus Operators in Yates County. As a Bus Operator, you'll provide safe and reliable transportation for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them access programs, employment opportunities, and community activities. Each day, you'll follow established routes, conduct vehicle safety inspections, and ensure passengers are transported safely and comfortably. Your friendly and professional approach will make a difference in the lives of the people you serve, while your commitment to safety helps create a dependable experience for passengers, families, and staff. Full-time and part-time positions available. Enjoy a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with morning and afternoon routes, allowing for a better work-life balance. Requirements
- Class C CDL with Passenger Endorsement preferred (not required for all positions)
- Ability to obtain 19-A Certification
- Safe driver with a positive attitude and a desire to help others
