About The Position

Grants Pass School District No. 7 is accepting applications for a Bus Monitor position for the 2026-2027 school year. This role is located in the Transportation department and requires 5 hours of work per day for 185 days per year, typically from August to June. The district's vision is 'We Are GP! Requirements

Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade.
Must be able to effectively communicate with students of various ages and abilities.
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions; make entries on reports and records.
Must be able to maintain all training certificates related to First Aid/CPR administration.
Must possess a current Oregon Operator’s License issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual and biliterate in Spanish preferred.

Benefits

$20.02-$28.91 per hour. Dependent on approved accepted experience/education.
Annual COLA pay increase (as negotiated with Oregon Association of Classified Employees).
