As a Business Experience & Plan Group Manager within PNC's Asset Management Group organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Candidates should have experience with the following: - Lead end-to-end Change and Release Management across AMG, Intelligent Automation, and Data Products, ensuring consistent execution and high-quality delivery. - Govern and facilitate key change management forums (e.g., CAB, Testing Readiness, Dependency Reviews) while evaluating change requests for completeness, accuracy, and readiness. - Identify, assess, and manage change risks, ensuring appropriate controls, escalation, and minimal impact to production environments. - Oversee release execution and communications, including coordination of deployments and delivery of accurate, timely release notes across all supported LOBs. - Lead and develop a team of Release Managers while partnering with Delivery Directors and stakeholders to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities

  • Oversees cross-functional teams to improve line of business planning methods.
  • Defines key line of business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives.
  • Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus, appropriate risk management practices and leadership standards to customers and/or internal partners.
  • Responsible for the evaluation and transformation of business models for the line of business to improve their organizational effectiveness, expand business, and increase profits
  • Leads team in execution of strategic plan and/or specific initiatives to achieve line of business goals.
  • Develops strong partnerships with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
