Requirements

• Class C (or higher) CDL with a passenger endorsement.
• At least one year of related experience.
• Road rules expertise and knowledge of regulations.
• Courteous and professional communication skills.
• Proficiency with two-way radios and tablets.
• Ability to operate 9-23 passenger buses safely, including using wheelchair lifts.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Transport passengers safely according to schedules and assignments.
• Make quick, sound decisions based on traffic and road conditions.
• Follow schedule established on manifest.
• Work with staff to organize routes and events.
• Follow all driving policies and procedures.
• Complete pre- and post-trip bus inspections.
• Communicate policies and handle fare collection.
• Assist passengers professionally and tactfully.
