Requirements

• At least 21 years old.
• Hold a CDL.
• Possess the necessary credentials for a Bus Driver in Oklahoma.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Child passenger safety training.
• Genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
• Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe transportation of children to and from facilities.
• Serve as a teacher, creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive.
• Assist in guiding young learners.
• Plan engaging activities.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with parents through open communication.
