About The Position

Children of America (COA) is a trusted leader in early childhood education, providing safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environments for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. As a Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in safely transporting children while supporting COA's mission to enhance their developmental growth and learning experiences. You will interact with children, parents, School Directors and Management, and Teaching Staff.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Knowledge of state and local transportation regulations
High school diploma or equivalent
Flexible with hours and work schedule
Must be at least 21 years of age

Nice To Haves

Experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred

Responsibilities

Safely transport children in a bus or van between educational programs
Perform daily vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicle functionality
Implement company safety procedures with guidance from the School Director
Exhibit care, compassion, and patience with children
Provide a nurturing and safe transportation experience
Represent COA positively with children, families, and staff
