About The Position

Jerry Seiner Las Vegas Mazda is looking for an experienced Bumper-to-Bumper Mazda Technician to join their growing service team. This role is ideal for a skilled technician who excels at diagnosing complex vehicle concerns, enjoys solving challenging mechanical and electrical issues, and takes pride in delivering quality repairs. The technician will be responsible for performing everything from advanced diagnostics and engine repairs to electrical troubleshooting and drivability concerns. The dealership values technician expertise and provides training, equipment, and support for success.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of professional automotive technician experience.
Experience performing bumper-to-bumper repairs on domestic, import, or Japanese vehicles.
Ability to efficiently perform repairs in a flat-rate environment.
Own professional technician tools.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.

Nice To Haves

Mazda dealership experience is preferred but not required.
ASE Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair Mazda vehicles from bumper to bumper.
Perform advanced engine, transmission, driveline, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and electrical repairs.
Troubleshoot complex drivability and electrical concerns using Mazda diagnostic equipment.
Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to Mazda factory standards.
Perform thorough vehicle inspections and provide accurate repair recommendations.
Document repairs and diagnostics clearly on repair orders.
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair status and additional service recommendations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Meet productivity goals while delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.
