About The Position

The Bull Rigger Journey assists with selecting rigging tackle based on the weight and size of loads, attaching pulley systems and loads, and setting up braces and hoisting equipment. The role also includes planning and coordinating placement and securement of bullrigging equipment, maintaining tools and work areas, following safety procedures, and meeting project attendance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in selecting rigging tackle according to the weight and size of the load to be moved.
• Attach pulleys and blocks to fixed overhead structures, such as beams and ceilings, using bolts and clamps.
• Attach loads using appropriate rigging tackle.
• Set up braces and rig hoisting equipment using hand tools and power wrenches.
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and the work area, and restock supplies and materials as necessary.
• Perform minor maintenance or cleaning activities on tools and equipment.
• Plan and coordinate the placement and securement of bullrigging equipment as needed.
• Maintain punctuality and dependable attendance in accordance with project work rules.
• Adhere to all safety procedures.
