About The Position

The 3rd shift Bulk Truck Loader is responsible for loading, sealing, and completing all necessary paperwork for outbound truckloads of finished products. This role ensures that loads are maximized efficiently without exceeding legal weight limits. The loader will also assist the Shift Miller with operational tasks, perform cleaning and general maintenance, and support the packing operation when needed. Key responsibilities include performing job functions without damaging company property, adhering to the shipping schedule to meet deadlines, and proactively suggesting improvements to facility or processes. The role also involves observing and reporting unusual activity related to site security and immediately reporting any food safety or sanitation concerns. Active participation in workplace safety and food safety training is required, along with performing additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to work all shifts and weekends as necessary
Ability to follow instructions, operate equipment, and work independently or on a team

Responsibilities

Load, seal, and complete all paperwork for outbound truckloads of finished products.
Ensure loads are maximized without exceeding legal weight limits on all tractor-trailer combinations.
Assist the Shift Miller as needed with operational tasks.
Complete assigned cleaning and general maintenance duties.
Support the packing operation when necessary.
Perform job functions without causing damage to company property.
Ensure alignment with the shipping schedule to meet deadlines.
Proactively suggest facility or process improvements.
Observe and report unusual activity related to site security.
Report any food safety or sanitation concerns immediately.
