This position is responsible for loading, sealing, and completing all necessary paperwork for outbound truckloads of finished products. The role requires ensuring loads are maximized without exceeding legal weight limits, assisting the Shift Miller with operational tasks, and performing cleaning and general maintenance duties. The Bulk Truck Loader will also support the packing operation when necessary, perform job functions without damaging company property, and ensure alignment with the shipping schedule to meet deadlines. Additionally, the role involves proactively suggesting facility or process improvements, observing and reporting unusual activity related to site security, and reporting any food safety or sanitation concerns immediately. Active participation in workplace safety and food safety training is expected, along with performing additional tasks as required by leadership.
