About The Position

CAM Industrial Solutions is seeking a safety-conscious, collaborative team player who is enthusiastic about continuous improvement. The Bulk Loader supports production by preparing and handling raw materials, mixing batches, monitoring product quality, transferring finished product, maintaining equipment, and completing production records.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
One year of manufacturing experience working with systems and pumps, reading meters, using basic Quality Control data, and tracking mixing and quality information such as mix logs and batch adjustments.
One year of experience performing basic Quality Control tests, including taking samples and performing pH tests.
One year of experience simultaneously mixing several tanks and accurately completing related documents.
Ability to complete the stated physical functions, with or without reasonable accommodation, including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, and other repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

Review daily production schedules and ensure required raw materials are available.
Follow process instructions and accurately add raw materials to reactors.
Observe products during processing to ensure batch quality; report out-of-spec raw materials, premixes, or mixed batches and consult Quality personnel about batch adjustments.
Clean reactors properly.
Operate fork trucks, palletizers, scales, pumps, and other material-handling equipment to transport raw materials and finished products.
Transfer product into containers such as tanks, tank trucks, tote bins, and drums.
Perform building and equipment preventative maintenance.
Manage Autonomous Maintenance activities.
Understand and perform Lock/Out, Tag/Out (LOTO).
Complete paperwork and enter batch information into SAP.
Perform other duties as assigned.
