About The Position

Clean Tech is hiring a Bulk Loader/Forklift team member to help move previously used materials through production and support its recycling operations. The role operates a forklift to move materials and includes inspecting and documenting materials, shoveling loose materials into containers, performing general warehouse duties, and manually moving and loading bulk trucks and rail cars. The employee will also load rail cars or bulk trucks while wearing a harness at heights of approximately 20 feet. The schedule is 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m. on a rotating pattern of three days on, two days off, two days on, and three days off. Pay is $18.75 per hour, with overtime at time and a half for hours over 40 and double time on Sundays.

Requirements

At least one year of forklift experience.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds constantly and up to 50 pounds frequently.
Ability to climb on and off bulk trucks and rail cars for the duration of the shift.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to work at heights up to 20 feet using proper personal protective equipment.
Ability to work in an environment with high noise levels, recyclable debris, odors, and extreme weather.

Experience related to bulk loading resin, liquid, or grain into trucks and rail cars.

Responsibilities
