Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
2 years of experience in processing operations which includes experience in plant operation.
Must have a current and valid drivers license and a clean motor vehicle record.
Has thorough knowledge of production process, safety focus and critical quality issues.

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience preferred.
Heavy equipment and mechanical skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Under direct supervision, performs general manufacturing tasks under relatively close supervision.
Adheres to HSE guidelines.
Achieve maximum output of specification finished product.
Operate the crushing circuit with the proper shift ore blend(s).
Monitor all crushing equipment to ensure proper operation.
Make minor repairs to crushing circuit when needed.
Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.
Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.
