W.B. Mason is looking for a full-time Non-CDL Furniture Delivery Driver to join their team. Requirements
- 21+ years old
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of driving experience
- Experience with basic furniture assembly
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
- Ability to manage time appropriately to meet deadlines
- Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs
- Must be comfortable delivering bulk items/furniture set up if necessary
- Must be comfortable making deliveries to Providence, Cranston and surrounding area as well as Southeastern MA
- No CDL required
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of DOT driving experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver and install furniture to customer specifications.
- Build strong relationships through excellent service.
- Ensure each delivery is completed safely and efficiently.
- Communicate with supervisors.
- Deliver and place bulk supply items to customers.
- Navigate varying weather conditions.
- Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) after receiving company-mandated training and certification.
