About The Position

McKesson is hiring a full-time, permanent Bulk Driver Professional for its Austin, Texas location. The driver delivers medical supplies and equipment and works with the location’s transportation team. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5:30 a.m. until route completion, and Wednesday from 5:00 a.m. until route completion. Drivers are home every evening. The position pays $21.34 per hour and includes ongoing training on specialized processes or positions, including support for CDL.

Requirements

• Current, valid U.S. driver’s license; Class C is required, and Class B is preferred.
• At least 6 months of experience driving a bulk/straight truck or larger delivery vehicle.
• Successfully complete and maintain DOT physical requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Frequently sit for 3 or more hours.
• Frequently stand for 3 or more hours.

Nice To Haves

• Class B driver’s license is preferred.
• New graduates of CDL schooling are welcome to apply.
