About The Position

Fairfield Harbour Landscape is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Building Maintenance Technician. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to this Troon managed Club and its members. This person will have great troubleshooting abilities and will be required to identify maintenance and repair issues in order for us to provide the best community amenities possible. We are dedicated to providing the best experience for our residents as possible, so this person must be willing to perform custodial duties when repairs aren't necessary. Good customer service and positive attitude will be a must for this position.

Requirements

Associates degree or two years of related experience associated with Building maintenance.
Knowledge in operating electrical, plumbing, HVAC and pool equipment.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Skilled in home repair, such as drywall repair, painting, plumbing, light electrical.
Great troubleshooting abilities.
Willing to perform custodial duties when repairs aren't necessary.
Good customer service and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.
Identifies and reports needed supplies to supervisor.
Performs other duties as required.
Custodial duties when repairs aren't necessary.
