About The Position
Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is seeking a Building superintendent / handyman to perform various maintenance and repair duties for their facilities. This role involves a wide range of tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of buildings and equipment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an office maintenance worker
- Previous Plumbing, HVAC and tiling experience
- Ability to lift 75lbs
- 1 year of HVAC experience
- 1 year of Plumbing experience
- 1 year of Electrical experience
- 1 year of Maintenance experience
- 1 year of Tile laying experience
- 1 year of Carpentry experience
- Ability to commute to Buffalo, NY 14202
Responsibilities
- Fixing and maintaining equipment and buildings
- Plumbing and HVAC work

- Starting pay: $30/hr with a pay increase after 90 days if meeting metrics.
